BFest ’21

Highlights

Bfest’21 was an event suffused with learning and fun. With almost 150 teams flooding the gates as early as 9am the first day, the management responsibly guided each team to their respective venues. The day was inaugurated with Pitch Perfect – – – a segment in which the teams would present and introduce their products. This was shortly followed by the business idea competition. The first day was sealed off when the teams went off to prepare stalls for products’ publicity. That night, the DJ was ecstatically welcomed by a weary crowd.

The second Day began with the New Normal segment, where each team pursued the ways in which Covid adversely impacted their business idea. “Color your vision” and “Gold Rush” came in hot pursuit shortly thereafter, where the prior covered artwork surrounding the products assigned, and the latter divulged the practical art of buying and selling. The day thus concluded, all the teams enjoyed Shamoon Ismail’s concert later that night.

The last day began with the much anticipated squid game. One half enjoyed the world-wide trending game, whilst the other had already signed up for the Futsal tournament being held elsewhere. Being a short and eventful day, the entire event concluded itself with a formal dinner.
